“Could not be any worse.....do not go here. Couldn't start charging, then later could not get charger out of vehicle....this is in the summer over 100 degree temps, my two little boys in the car. We kept having to turn the car off and I thought they were going to get heat stroke. FINALLY got it out, after about 45 min of trying. The machine trapped/locked it in. Charged me $30. This was my first public charging experience with my new EV....my next one thank God was with a different company and City and was wonderful - didn't have to turn off car, fast, easy, in/out properly and it was FREE!
