What drivers have written
“We moved our car from a slow charger around the corner to use this “fast charger” after waiting 2 hr for it to be available. Credit card reader did not work. Had to get the app and then machine kept thinking and loading for a long time too, so took us about 20min to get it all worked out and start charging. Then, it Did NOT fast charge. Had some pop up display where it said it was power conserving but it was happening for both cars that were connected. Served as a level 2 charger at 7kw/hr. Annoying. Tried the charger again the following morning, still 7kw/hr and took some plugging and unplugging to finally get it to start charging at all.” — Echo Cartagena, 10 months ago
“Not working. Credit card reader does not work, can only use the app. It’s in “power conservation mode” and charging really slow. Was saying 3 hours for 40% charge. I left. Based on other reviews, they really need to fix this charging station as it’s essentially the only non-Tesla fast charger in the area.” — Mel F, 8 months ago
“The owner is very kind and accommodating, but I could not get charging to work. Tried both connectors and reinitiated charging multiple times. It still stopped after less than a second. The owner said the company which makes the stations shut down.” — Dolly Chan, 4 months ago
