“I recently used the Tesla Supercharger located inside a Wawa in Fort Washington, and overall, it was a convenient experience. The setup is great—being able to grab coffee, snacks, or even a quick meal while your car charges makes the wait much more enjoyable. The location is clean, well-maintained, and easy to access. However, during my visit, I noticed that the number of chargers available wasn’t very high, and all of them were occupied. What made it worse was that some EV owners had parked their cars at the chargers without actually charging, blocking access for others who needed to recharge. This was frustrating, especially since charging took about 40 minutes to go from 20% to 80% (a 60% charge). While the convenience of the Wawa amenities and the ease of use at this location are definite positives, the limited number of chargers and the issue of cars blocking spots for no reason were downsides.
