“This location used to have at least one out-of-service charger, but since they switched them all out to the super fast chargers, only one of the chargers has been malfunctioning, in my experience, at least. Today, that charger was being worked on by a technician, and when he was done, I told him about the issue I’d been having. The technician, Ryan, was so helpful, offering tips on how to connect the charger to my car more easily, and stayed for the few minutes it took for my car to start charging. So, while this review is to say that it’s great that the chargers have been upgraded, I’m mostly here to say that Ryan’s customer service was excellent and impressive.” — Shahina Saeed, a year ago
