“Terrible charging station. Poor instructions and which plug are you using? There are two CSS plugs on unit #100023, Plug 1 and Plug 2...but they are NOT LABLED. Which is which? Who knows? Plug one in, fight with the app, and have it buffer and spin for minutes just to tell you something went wrong. Ok, now try the other plug in the app. Will it work? Well, just wait and see. Nope. Ok, unplug and move over to station #10024. Oh, it has a CCS and CHAdeMO plug! Yea, we an figure out which one is which in the app. Oh, no, apparently not, they're reversed in the app. SMH, nearly 30 minutes to get everything setup and actually running. “Terrible don't waste your time. I live 1 mile from these and I check them constantly and they are always down. Even when they are up they randomly reboot and go down while you are charging. if the app says they are up they aren't don't take a chance if you are very low battery state. “Charges you $25 instantly. It holds that charge for 4+ days. It works but if you like the outdated systems where your charge isn't updated instantly on your account the moment the transaction is complete, go for it. Contacted support already before coming here. Will not be using a system that can't comply with today's technology/advancements. It's an EV charge station. Supposed to be revolutionary. It's not.
