“Tesla Model 3 with J-1772 adaptor charged successfully for a slow charge for an hour and a half yesterday evening. I had to call the 1-800 number on the charger equipment, press a number to start charging session, enter a six digit code from the side of the equipment, and then enter my credit card number expiration date. I was able to enter my phone number for a text message receipt. Charging began promptly. I was at stall "3" which was on the far end. A car next to me appeared to be successfully charging. Lots of nice cars, parked here, so it's probably a nice place to stay. I used this charger while attending a wedding rehearsal dinner down the street a couple of blocks away. I was going to try to charge here again because I wasn't finding a faster charger... but fortunately at a car dealership, I found 4 CCS chargers near a popular chicken fast-food restaurant that's closed on Sundays. “The tap to pay doesn’t work. It simply gives the message “Authorizing” indefinitely. This happened at bays both one and three. I tried calling the 800 number, but upon following the prompts and selecting 5 as a charging user, the line disconnected. This also happened multiple times. One star. Do not recommend. Update. I was able to reach customer service this morning and work with a rep to start service at bay one. Their site indicates 24/7 customer service… but my experience indicates business hours only.
