“I’m updating my review from a year ago because unfortunately, nothing has changed. This Supercharger location, managed by Legacy, continues to be plagued by the same revolting issue — people urinating right next to the chargers like it’s a public restroom. Today, as my daughter and I got out of our car, we were hit with the overwhelming stench of urine. It’s absolutely unacceptable. We’ve personally witnessed grown men — including rideshare drivers — openly urinate outside or dump cups of urine by their rental cars, just steps away from where families are charging their vehicles. This exact issue happened a year ago, and I reported it then. I watched a large man with dreadlocks casually dump a cup of urine right by the chargers. And here we are again — no change, no enforcement, no respect for the families using this space. The worst part? There are public restrooms just downstairs. This location used to feel peaceful and safe. Now it feels gross, unsafe, and completely neglected. Legacy — do better.
