“I charged here twice while in town and never saw one homeless person. I was nervous from the review left by another single woman, and only a few days after her time there. Not one time did I feel unsafe. I even walked to the Target each time to shop while it charged. There was no way I could have made it to another charging location and am glad I took the chance. “Adapter needed for Rivian. The chargers are behind PetSmart in the Target parking lot. There were almost a dozen homeless/unstable people wandering the parking lot and hanging around near the chargers. I felt very unsafe and didn't feel like I could leave my car at all for the hour I was there. If you can avoid it, I wouldn't charge her especially a solo female. Tesla at Bucc-ees in Texas City is way safer if you can make the mileage work.
