“**Disappointing Experience Due to Hidden Fees and Blocked Parking** I recently visited this location and unfortunately had a very frustrating experience. There are two main issues that made my visit less than ideal. 1. **Unexpected $20 Entry Fee**: Upon arriving, I was surprised to find that I had to pay $20 just to enter the parking lot. This fee wasn’t clearly stated beforehand, so it felt like an unnecessary and hidden cost. This was especially frustrating given that the lot was not very accommodating in terms of available parking. 2. **Blocked Parking Spaces**: To make matters worse, nearly all of the parking spaces were blocked by I.C.E vehicles. Only one parking space was accessible, which caused unnecessary delays and made it difficult to find parking. This situation was both inconvenient and frustrating, especially since the lot was clearly not designed with enough available spaces for visitors. Given these issues, I would strongly suggest the management reconsider the $20 fee, as well as ensuring that all parking spaces remain accessible to customers. It's important to provide clear and upfront information regarding costs, and to ensure that the parking lot is functional for those who need it.
