“Used one today, mainly to check it out; we live nearby. Works fine except for two things: 1) the charging cables are fairly short, so parking your car normally in a spot can still put you slightly out of range of the plugs. (This seems to be a pretty common failure of Electrify America stations.) 2) My credit card was rejected when I tapped it (even though the payment thing supports tapping, and I use the same card with tapping at many other places just fine), but worked fine when inserted to read the chip.
