“Tesla should clearly notify drivers in advance that the Superchargers are located on the 7th floor of a parking garage and that there is an additional $6 parking fee to access them. This information should be displayed in the app before drivers arrive, or Tesla should provide a validation code or cover the parking fee for customers using the chargers. “Tesla Superchargers located in garages are a lil' more challenging to locate for me. This one was on the top floor; just when I thought I couldn't find it and was turning around, there they were. You have to take a ticket to go in and there is signage, but not all the way there. It was well worth the trip though, because it's located on the top floor of a shopping garage and you can see LA from there! There were plenty of nice stores and restaurants nearby and the area is quite lively. I used the restroom in The Cheesecake Factory, and left with a cheesecake. By the time I was done charging, the parking only came to $2. There are lots of Security personnel around, with the nicest uniforms with hats protecting them from that LA sun. The ticket machine I tried to use was broken and Security helped me locate another and report the broken one. All in all, great location! “LEVEL 7B! Drive all the way UP to P7. Charging maxed out at 301 mph for my Model 3, but I came in Thurs night and not a soul. Security did drive by me once so that was good. I added 120 miles in 25 min for $7.50. Well lit, but you have to pay $2 for 1 hr of parking. You can pay at the exit with credit card or pay machines by elevators. Though the exit gate opened for me automatically after I already paid at the machine so that was strange.
