“Slow and long lines to charge. Max it pushed was 45kw so much for 350kw at least give me 150kw ugh. Also had to wait 45 mins for a charger. By the time I left 5 cars in line. Maybe they should add more power and chargers.” — Austin H, 5 months ago
“Seems like the have got a lot of the issues fixed. Always had a good, fast charger here. My only problem is the price of these things. Over $22 for 160 miles, with the $7 a month membership fee and includes an 8% sales tax. Electric cars might be cheaper if you can charge at home but they are actually more expensive than gasoline at these fast chargers. The app for electricity America is solid. Fast and updates faster than the Subaru app. However, on this app and many others, they make you reload an amount as opposed to charging your card the specific amount each time. Makes no sense to me. What happens when you get rid of the car, can you even refund the preloaded amount? Why can gas stations charge you the exact amount but these apps can’t? Electric cars are fun to drive but charging them, if you can’t charge at home, is a nightmare for price and convenience.” — James, a year ago
