“I wasted 45 minutes of my day, trying to get three other machines to work and was unsuccessful until I finally went to another machine to charge for another 25 minutes . I called the customer service line while having problems with one of the units but it was not helpful whatsoever. I explained to him what my problem was, and he basically told me to reboot it, and try again after several attempts he finally gave up and told me to go to the local GMC dealership for another charger that does not belong to EVgo. Sad that not even their own people have confidence in their products. If you have time to waste, then go ahead and stop here to charge your vehicle but if you’re in a hurry, I would recommend that you steer clear from this charging station.” — Mario Rodarte, 3 years ago

“Easy to get to off the I-10. Missed the left turn as if we were going to Schlotzky’s but made a u-turn at the light and we’re able to enter parking lot by Circle K. Tea o is nearby with Boba and eats. Schlotzky’s and Cinnabon are closer. Anything else will require crossing the street. Two of the six chargers were “out of service” (3 stars instead of more) 🐾🐾(out of 5). Small areas under the trees and north of the Circle K for dogs to go out on leash.
