“Both fast chargers are broken and in my experience, usually are (anecdotal evidence supported by customer support agent). The second level charger (there’s only one) seems to be charging someone’s Tesla just fine, so that’s nice for them, when there’s about ten dedicated Tesla chargers a block away and they’re using the only functional all-car charger in the area. HOWEVER, if you try to use it and it doesn’t work on the first try, try holding the “Start”button for at least fifteen seconds, when your vehicle is plugged in. “Charge is as described. Fast, not super fast. The position of the charger is odd though. We have to park in front of others charging cars in order to access the plug. “Surprisingly pleased! Had a bad experience with Flo before but this charger was pretty fast and reliable. Having to use the app was inconvenient but a good experience once I downloaded it.
