“Very cute area to stop on a road trip. Right off of 91 the fast charger at the rest stop does not work, so just 5 mins further and you are at the community college. The public charging station there worked perfectly, and was significantly cheaper than ones just like it where I live. Charged for just under $5. “No problem swiping card. Chevy Bolt 2018 with battery upgrade started at 24.7kW at 28 degrees F and 15% battery, ended at 21kW when I hit 80%. This is my first 8hr + road trip in the Bolt and I assumed charging rate was based on the temp and my onboard charger but at a stop hours later on a 125kW charger I was hitting 40+kW, so it seems the Greenfield charger wasn’t keeping up.
