“I arrived here with 2% battery as I was on my way to a fast charger from Bloomington and needed just a little bit more charge to get there. All 3 chargers were broken. One said it wasn鈥檛 set up, the other wouldn鈥檛 accept any payment, and the other was half pulled out of the ground. All the machines looks like someone has hit them with a hammer to break them.
