Instead of asking users to install a separate app, they have smartly implemented a WhatsApp bot, which made connecting to the charger extremely easy. This approach is very convenient, especially for people who are not comfortable handling multiple apps or technology. The charging process and payment through the WhatsApp bot were quick, simple, and hassle-free. “The charging point is a 60 kW station located right next to Rithvika Hospital, on the main road in Pattabhipuram. It can easily charge two vehicles at a time. I recently charged my friend's Ather at midnight during an emergency, and it took just 30 minutes to fully charge the vehicle.
