When I checked the app later, the timer was running—but there was no actual charge. After about 1.5 hours, I came back to find the car completely uncharged, yet I was charged $30. I contacted support and had to wait a long time to speak to someone. The rep said they would report the issue and request a refund, but I haven’t heard anything back since. I understand that technical issues can happen, but it’s unacceptable to be charged for a service that wasn’t delivered. Still waiting on my refund.
