“At night, it disrupts our sleep, and I also have a 90-year-old grandmother in that room. When I approach the president, nothing gets done. I’ve requested multiple times, but they say they don’t inspect the society; they just install chargers wherever the caretaker tells them to. It’s been four years now, and the charging station has barely worked for maybe a year or a year and a half in total. For the past ten months, it’s been out of service, and before that, they hadn’t paid the electricity bill for ten months. There’s not a single vehicle in the society that charges there. I’ve asked them repeatedly to at least turn off the lights, but they won’t. I’ve even suggested relocating the station to another spot where there’s plenty of space, but they refuse that too. They don’t provide service, they don’t pay their electricity bills, and the unit runs 24/7, causing a lot of inconvenience for me since my home is right across from it. Robin, their senior manager, is utterly unhelpful and just tells me to go to the president. It’s clear they have no understanding of the problem and never send anyone to inspect the site. This is a terrible, awful company—don’t get involved with them or use their services. They are just terrible. Also there’s a Raghav, who’s the owner, and I tagged him as well, but he’s equally unhelpful. Despite being tagged, he didn’t provide any assistance whatsoever.” — Abhinav Rana, 4 months ago
