“I scanned the QR code and I was able to enter my email address on the initial web page but when I click continue to payment it just skipped right to the charging status page and I was never able to pay so the charger would never start. I scanned the QR code numerous times it still wouldn't work. I even tried a different browser on my phone. When I called their AI helpline it was utterly unable to assist me. It said that it does not have a record of this charging station in the system. When I asked to be transferred to a human that person said they just couldn't hear me but I have perfectly fine reception here.
