Mention Any Attempts to Fix It If you spoke to the staff or manager, say what happened. “I wouldn’t recommend this place. You’re better off washing your car at home or finding a better car wash center. In past I had a terrible experience at this Shell car wash. I paid for the most expensive wash, but my car still had dirt and streaks all over it. Even worse, the machine’s brushes left noticeable scratches on my paint. When I told the staff, they were unhelpful and didn’t offer any solution. The whole process took forever because the machine broke down halfway through.
