“A bit frustrating - first off, it's difficult to find. It's on the side of a sporting goods store (Dunham's??) in a lot that looks abandoned. There are 2 fast chargers (each with two different charger connection interfaces) so a total of 4 fast chargers but they are all different, so if one doesn't work, try another one. Once we selected the correct connection, charging only took 21 minutes and averaged 121 KW per hour up to 80%.” — C McK, 2 months ago
“FYI: I am driving a VW ID 4. Both stations off line Sunday 11/16/25 despite Herculean efforts by very nice customer service. Charging cables are very heavy for small persons. I had set up the Francis Energy app ahead of time and am an experienced user of many different brands of EV charging services. Also charging cable cradles are broken so you cannot return the charger properly. One station HFH01 has duck tape presumably keeping it together?? Really too bad as only fast charger in an area with only two level two’s at two local car dealers. There is a Tesla Super Charger station here in Hannibal but I believe my Tesla J adapter will not work at Tesla Super Chargers. My advice is do not leave an interstate.
