“2/2025: Waiting 😩 3rd in line. 2 behind me! These stations are ridiculous. Correction: 3 behind me!!! The gray Volkswagen Uber takes 10 minutes just to start charging. Maybe her first time. Then the white Hyundai in the photo returns after what I’ve been waiting about 45 minutes to restart his charging from 50% ?!!! And then he leaves again!!! Update: his new charging ALSO stopped!! All that time taking the charger for nothing. 5:18pm. Waited an HOUR so far and I still have a car in front of me. And the 3 behind me still waiting. The middle Chevy bolt is charging at 17kw… 😩😩😩 Update on Chevy: this guy charged to 100% at 5kw at end. He should be banned. 6pm: FINALLY got in. 😂😂😂😂😂 Previously: Open again. But always a line with Ubers usually charging to 100% 😤 Let’s be more considerate and just charge what you need when people are waiting!! “Revamped charging stations with 350 kw chargers. The new chargers went online early Sunday and have been busy since. EA still needs more capacity urgently in Westchester County. There is space for another 350kw charger in the easternmost bay which now features a broken Level 2 charger. “Ultra fast, sometimes. The max power has always been throttled down to below 50 the few times I've successfully charged here. I'm typing this at charger, only one charging at 11p. I have a heap of time left. I've tried during the day. This particular tends to be down for maintenance a lot and I'm told that the aforementioned low output is a common occurrence as well. The only plus is that it's currently free for me through their promotion. There are only two Electrify America charging stations in the area.
