“Chargers were perfectly fine however it is in a busy Chase parking lot and their customers with gasoline engines routinely park their cars there with impunity and block chargers. Chase management is indifferent to this transgression so, instead of waiting for other EV chargers to get done charging, you wait for Chase to come out of the bank to leave the spot.
