“I've now been to multiple charging stations (walker and now imbrie) having issues charging in the middle of the night. Electrify America 's reps can't seem to figure out how to solve the issue whether it's me reloading my balance, resetting the charging machine, keeping my doors unlocked...and getting hold of them requires patience when you're stuck and they don't even try to make it up to you that you're wasting a ton of time in the cold due to their faulty equipment.
