“This Tesla Supercharger setup at the Buc-ee's in Hillsboro sits right off I-35 and has that same easy and convenient feel that you expect from a stop at Buc-ee's. You pull in, you plug in, and everything you need is just a short walk across the parking lot. There are a lot of chargers here, plenty to handle this afternoon's flow of travelers moving through this stretch of Texas. There are 24 of the CCS connectors throwing electrons at 325 kW. Not finding a spot is likely a rare issue. We rolled in today without and waiting and it was the kind of fast charge that barely gave any time to truly explore Buc-ee's before we were ready to roll again. Yes, this is the full Buc-ee's experience right here. Clean restrooms, a huge spread of food and snacks, drinks, brisket. All of it! We got a bag of Beaver Nuggets - the caramel drizzled ones - and my fridge magnet and were back on the road. It's hard not to be a fan when everything is this smooth and predictable.
