“Great location to charge. Just be minded, bathroom is no longer free. They stated charging doesn’t count as a customer for them. Also after 6:30pm (they changed it) they close the doors for walk ins. As my review 8 months ago on the BK location. So go ahead and charge, then go to the Mavericks or Mc Donald’s back down. “evidently Tesla hasn’t opened up all their charging stations too folks that have NACS ports. We were depending on energy from the location by the Burger King in Holbrook Arizona but the app would not show that station so that we could access it. I even tried signing up for the non-Tesla membership to see if that would make it accessible. why say that non-Tesla users with a NACS port can use Tesla superchargers and then restrict it to only certain random ones? Seems rather elitist. Before writing this review, I researched whether or not this was a problem for other non-Tesla users that were using the Tesla app and Tesla superchargers and it seems to be an issue.” — Lori Glover, 2 months ago

“Absolute nightmare— worst super charging experience of my life in 7 years of Tesla ownership. This is the type of horror scenarios that keeps people from switching to electric. I arrived at this charger at 8 pm. Only 4/12 chargers were working. There was —I kid you not— a line of 30 teslas around the Burger King parking lot. I stayed in line for an hour. It moved about 1/3 of the way down. I was like wow I can’t just stay here all night. Had to book a hotel to sleep and come back in the morning to charge up just to make it out of Holbrook. Seriously… what a nightmare. If Telsa can’t maintain their network of super chargers in good working order they shouldn’t even be selling these cars. Making hundreds of Tesla users (literally) wait for hours in the middle of the night on the middle of Arizona for some battery is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. How long has this been going on?
