The grid was not working then I call Ather support them they guided me to do hard reboot for both my Ather scooter & grid then also was not working 5 hours was already lapsed due to this issue. God's there was a Petrol Bunk a man help me but with ₹50 after bargain. Even though there is hotel like KFC, Star Bucks & other too but I think like they will help out by allowing me to charge for 1 time due emergency reason. I was thinking they won't allow to do this. So the Ather factory is located near 30 KMs to this location but still what the Ather is taking care of this Grid i don't understand. In Ather App it was showing working but after leaving home in belive of this software kind thing really hurt you in mid of forest coved Highway.
