“Here we goooooo!!!!! Finding this charging station was easy with a quick Google search, and the charging speed itself was solid. Unfortunately, the user experience needs serious improvement. The display screen is difficult to read—the font is extremely small, faded, and cannot be enlarged. It felt like guesswork navigating through the prompts. My first charging attempt failed, but my card was still charged $50. On the second attempt, the charge was successful—resulting in another $50 charge. Being billed twice, especially when the first session didn’t work, is frustrating and unacceptable. This station needs an upgrade, both in terms of interface and payment reliability, to prevent unnecessary charges and confusion for customers. “1. Plugin the charger to your EV 2. Choose which side of the device you are connected on the credit card device. 3. Tap your phone. Very good experience. There charge a pre-Authorization of 50$ but they will refund the difference to you once the charge is completed. I was charged 21$ for charging 30 minutes. Seems pretty high to charge regularly.
