What drivers have written

“One of the most frustrating EV charging experiences I’ve ever had. The Hyper Fuel charging stations require you to download and register through an outdated app before you can even start charging. The registration process is unnecessarily long, asks for the same information multiple times, and repeatedly requests credit card details. What should take 30 seconds turns into a time-consuming ordeal. Unlike most charging networks, there is no simple “tap to pay and charge” option. If you’re traveling or in a hurry, this is incredibly inconvenient. EV charging should be quick and easy, not require creating an account and navigating a clunky app just to get electricity. After going through the process, I completely understand why these stations are usually empty. The technology and user experience feel years behind the competition. Until Hyper Fuel modernizes its payment system and eliminates the mandatory registration process, I will avoid using their chargers whenever possible. Not recommended.” — zobeida e, 3 months ago

“Horrible. Half the the stations do not work and the other four have errors syncing.” — Alex Pena, 5 months ago

“Very fast chargers. No wait on weekdays in the mornings” — vu hoang, 3 months ago
