“Horrible experience. Charged my card $50. I thought it would adjust later to the actual amount of $5.34 for a simple charge from 76%-90% but 12 hrs later and no change. Do not use the only 360kw charger at this Shell Recharge Charging station. Only reached 65kW! PLUS the charger was stuck in my charging port for over 10 min after completing the charge. Ridiculous. Thankfully the attendant inside was able to figure out something to unstick it. 0/5 stars. “PLEASE READ, my credit card was charged more than double the total shown on the station screen. I should have checked the previous reviews before going. Shell charging total on the screen was $10.68, they charged my card $23.89. The charger says supercharger speed 350kwh, the actual charging speed was 29kw. The energy delivered to my was 30.4KW. I will never charge my car at Shell again. I don’t know who to contact, I will contact my bank I have pictures of the screen. The transaction is NOT pending it been posted.
