“I come to this location which is at the Kipling st and Shepherd very frequently as this is very accessible locations, security systems are there! I never had to wait for charging, 19 spots are available here! “Was here in July and August 2025. This is a very convenient location inside the loop. Right across from Trader Joes. Ample spots and when using the app you can find the ones open and working. Very popular with Teslas (obviously) but you'll also see non-Tesla cars there too (one being me). Note, the location of the charger. Sometimes you'll need to back in, sometimes pull in, Depends on your vehicle and easy of use expected. There are a couple of oversized spots for bigger cards too. It is tight getting in and out, s be mindful. There is a security person onsite who'd walk the lot and sometimes take pics. Mostly for their safety and yours. This lot was vandalized a while ago so they are being protective. I've not had issues here, but night time can be a bit isolated so be aware of surrounding. Tesla app needed. “Really excellent charger - probably the easiest accessible in Houston. About 17 stalls, easy to get in via the small side street.
