It was my first time at this specific location, and despite following all the instructions, I could not get it to work. The Experience: • Technical Issues: I scanned the QR code, completed the payment, and heard the "click" when connecting the plug, but the station consistently showed a failed connection. • Persistence: I tried both available chargers and attempted the process four separate times, but none of them initiated a charge. • App Hassle: I even went through the trouble of downloading their app and registering an account on the spot, but that didn't solve the problem either. Efficiency & Comparison: I ended up wasting 30 minutes of my time just trying to get this station to cooperate. Eventually, I gave up and drove to a BP pulse station nearby, where I was able to plug in and charge my car immediately without any issues. Conclusion: It seems like this station might be broken or has major software compatibility issues. If you are in a hurry or low on battery, I’d recommend going elsewhere to avoid the headache.
