“We used this charger while walking on the O&W railtrail. It’s a 12kW dual J1772 charger. The price is $0.35kW with no parking fee or idle fee. Another review said it was $.21/kwh PLUS $.75/hr to park 3 years ago. He said “fix this” and they did. Not a big change but easier to understand. This makes it extra good if you take a longer walk than expected and arrive back after the charge finished. It was a mid-June Saturday and no one else charged during the two hours we were there in the late afternoon. The town had a Bolt EV in the parking lot so they likely charge during the week and don’t have to worry about unplugging. This is a great addition to the Rail Trail. Take a long walk and get back to a charged car. I think it’s a very fair price and not having an idle fee is perfect for here. I like when chargers in busy locations have idle fees but this one doesn’t need it. We charged 23.85kW for $8.35.” — Bill, a year ago
