“Saw the comments about the fast charger not working, looked to be several months since the review so I stopped by to see if it's been fixed....Nope still doesn't work, App will not show the unit and the start button does not work trying to do it locally. Wasting alot of people's time if they aren't going to support it, im going to turn in a complaint to see if that helps but in the meantime I'd go over to the EV Connect one that's at the Chevrolet dealership for about 90kw charging.” — Ch trayler, a year ago

“It's like they installed these and completely abandoned them after. The fast stage 2 charger used to work a long time ago. The start button doesn't work and you can't use the charge point app. I tried multiple times in the past to try to get someone to come out and fix it but they refuse to come out to address it. One of the stage 1 chargers doesn't connect to the Internet at all so you can't pay so it's out of service too. One one of the stage 1 chargers functions, and it's the only one that shows up on the charge point app. This used to be the only fast charger in hutch and it's broken.
