“Hyper fast charger 03 is totally offline. Hyper fast charger 01 says one side works, but don’t be fooled. I tried multiple times but the app kept timing out. I called customer service and they tried to reset it but nothing. I moved over to charger 02 and it’s working. Very sad and sadly unreliable.
