“I'm giving it one star simply because it exists. But twice I have tried to charge at this station and both times it failed to charge my vehicle. I talked to a representative at ChargePoint who told me that they are aware of the issue (one of the two ports does not work) and that the owner needs to take care of the faulty charger. The Ipswich Utilities Department needs to get this problem fixed. ChargePoint is doing a good job on their end. Update: I talked to a woman at the Utilities Dept who thanked me for alerting them to the problem. She is going to pass the information along to the person in charge (excuse the pun). Hopefully this charging port will be repaired soon! In the meantime people should know that only one of the two ports works at this location.” — Helen Weatherall, 7 years ago
