“Worst experience, not once but thrice. Gun got jammed twice from the same station, but considered it normal. But today went to charge in EVOK iritty with 500+ in account. Ev charging got disconnected everytime i tried on application. Contacted the customer care, call drop occured 4times and as i have to travel to wayanad i called back. Every time i have to explain the issue to the executive and they asked me to check whether 3phase line is active in that area. I gave the photos of panel board to the executive and they told me that once they consult with the technical team they will call me back. Its been 2hours i never received a call back from their so called technical team. Their HELPLINE is a bluff to snatch money from the account of customers. Never trust your journey with EVOK and make it a disaster. Iam writing this review by charging my vehicle in GOEC Station in Sreekandapuram after travelling 20km away from iritty. I passed this station few hours back hoping i could charge my vehicle from iritty EVOK and i travelled back to the same station. I called EVOKs MD whose name was displayed in the station to report the same and he told me harshly that if you have such a problem with our charging chose some other stations and dont bother us This is the stand they take aganist their customers.
