“Buyer beware. I’ve wasted money a couple times now all while getting zero charge. EV Gateway’s app and system has a learning curve apparently and it is all too easy, to plug in, connect and think you’ve initiated charging, only to realize hrs later that your car actually isn’t charging (see image) But they charge you based on time, not on amount of electricity dispensed! Which is different from most other providers I’ve used over the past year, who charge by amount of electricity. Support was also entirely unhelpful and didn’t even acknowledge that this is an issue. Of course you could say, fool me once, it’s on you, fool me twice…. But if a charging process and an app is so unclear and you are charging people money without giving them the product, then don’t be surprised if your company doesn’t last long.
