“Came here twice -- it was blocked both times by SUVs that weren't charging. Flo says "we can't do anything about it" but that's nonsense. They can lean on their partners in NYC govt and Con Ed to get the spots patrolled and cars ticketed. Failing that, they can leave a 311 report every time drivers contact them about ICEd chargers. They don't do either because they're checking the box of running the station (we'll, usually -- Flo's app was down for a week in March) and saying "not our problem" when EV drivers can't use it. Huge waste of taxpayer money, stations like this. NYC should find a partner willing to commit to making them accessible to drivers. That's the intention, right?” — Eric Schaal, 3 years ago
