“I am a business owner myself and absolutely understand how much it hurts getting a 1 star review but unfortunately my experience was that bad. I needed a Ford Transit Medium Height for my new HVAC business in Austin Texas. Found a reasonable deal at Mac Haik Jackson. Before flying my employee to Jackson, MS from Austin, Texas, I asked the sales persons multiple times if there was any problem with the vehicle. Boths of them said there was absolutely no problem with it. The carfax was clean as well. So I fly my technician to pick up the van. Upon arrival the technician sent several photos of the significant damages to the vehicle. It also included several dents. Both the sales people say they never noticed it. The photos advertised on the website did not show damage for the vehicle. From the photos it should be clear that it's hard to miss anyone's attention. Upon communicating the same, the managers supervisor agreed to send a cheque for the balance amount of $2300. I also have it in writing. Its been 19 days now and haven't received the check yet. The entire experience has been so traumatic. I have spent several hours trying to get a response from this store to make this sale happen or get status on the check. Every time a person would say he would get back but no one calls back, otherwise they would drop the call or keep the call on hold forever. No one person takes responsibility for any of the stuff. I am sincerely hoping other customers read my review and sincerely know the risks they might be taking. Edit: Finally after a bad review a gentleman calls in to provide the status on the check. “Tyler the sales guy here got me in a new truck fast to get me back on the road in the middle of my vacation. I got 11.5 k off of sticker with my 2 k Ford incentive added on a Platinum F250 . Nobody within a thousand miles was offering anything close to this deal. Check these guys out and ask for Tyler. He did some extra leg work to send me my stuff out of my old truck that I forgot that he didn't have to do also. Took real good care of me.... Thanks again. And we caught a few fish as well. Lol.
