The instructions state that you must use the synergEV app. However, I was able to start charging from the EV Connect app (however it did say that it was out of network and only limited support would be provided). “The charging station worked, the max i was able to get out of it was just under 80kw. It was on a Sunday and about every 5 min there is an intercom reminding anyone around that they are under surveillance and any destructive or illegal activity will be reported to the authorities.
