“Contact EVgo customer service and just keep letting them know it needs to be updated. This charging station has been unreliable for way too long. Out of six stations, only two are actually working, and it seems like no effort is being made to fix the rest. It’s frustrating to arrive expecting a charge, only to find long wait times because of the limited working spots. If management isn’t going to maintain these properly, they shouldn’t advertise having six stations.
