“Very bad charge station, on 10/25/2025 8:29, when I finished my charge, I can’t disconnect the charger, then call customer service assist me to fix problem about 2 hours, and he call his support team to help me , when the assistant coming, he just brake my charger port, and me go to Honda dealer fix it. And then under warranty because that’s human mistake! I spent $3200 to fix my charger port!
