What drivers have written

“I had a hard time finding this charger and was stressing out because my vehicle's battery was at 22%. At first I went up the ramp and was circling around but I could not find the charger. I did find the charger after much stress and anxiety. Because I am a clueless moron and operate a Tesla clunker, I had to back up to the charger facing the opposite direction of traffic so that the charging cable could reach the charge port. It was really awkward. This charger costs more than some other EA chargers, at .64/kWh. Ouch. I avoid Tesla Superchargers, even though they cost less per kWh, because I can't stand seeing soulless suckers operating T clunkers. I have to use an adapter when using Electrify America chargers but I don't mind and this charger was adequately fast. Can you imagine using an adapter at a gas station lol? I just listened to the radio while real adults with real EVs (non-Tesla EVs) were staring at me.” — s austin, 10 months ago

“I was kinda had a hard time to find it when I first try to charge my car there. I thought it was in the parking garage above the ground level and kept circling around. I would say definitely try to get on the W 47th St. The entrance is on W 47th St across Barnes & Nobel, so best way to get there is make a right from Pennsylvania Ave onto W 47th St and stay on your right (drive slowly) so you won’t miss the entrance. Otherwise you may have to circling around to get in there. Love charging at this location. Overall it’s clean, nice and super fast. It’s also close to restaurants, shops and coffee shops which makes the wait much easier. Like two birds in one stone. Sometimes I meet up with friends for lunch and get the charging done altogether. It’s also close by Nelson-Atkins museum, which is a huge plus for me because I can visit the museum before or after. Most of the time there are security cars close to the charging stations, which I appreciate because it makes me feel safer if I just need a quick tap off and want to sit in my car waiting. Weekend early morning before stores opening is definitely easier to get high speed charging because usually only one or two cars there so you can get the full speed running verses competing with 4-5 cars at once. Also because it’s kinda under the ground it makes it more comfortable to charge in summer, rain or snow especially when you just want to wait in the car while it’s charging. I took off one star because there were couple times it smells funny (smell like urine) at the charging station back in the corner. I would try to avoid to charge in the back section just for that reason. Hope some of these information helps! :)” — Heftzivah Tseng, a year ago

“Several fast chargers inside a parking garage. Not really marked from the street and the app initially wasn't connecting but it worked tapping a credit card. 10 minutes away from where I was, and in a nice and safe area. Shops outside, including a Barnes and Noble. It was never full but there were always 2 or more cars charging. The intensity it gave me was what level 3 charges usually give me.” — Marianne Korten, 5 months ago
