“Slow & Frustrating - that's the best way I can describe it. Went to the station to try and charge, and it wouldn't recognize my contactless Visa. So I tried to download the app, and it asked me to verify my email... which never arrived, even after multiple resends. So I tried to use it as a guest, and you still have to enter email and enter all this ridiculous info. Once I FINALLY enabled myself as a guest (took 10 mins) the charger conveniently and went out of service and threw up a red screen. So I had to manually hit "reset" and wait another 5 mins before it finally came back online. 15 mins of waiting later, the trickle speed of a charger began working, but only at 10kW. I have never encountered a more ïdîôtic user interface in my life. Why can't you simply enter payment info on the touch screen, and charge your car? Why all this nonsense?
