What drivers have written

“I booked this hotel partly because it advertised EV chargers, but unfortunately the experience was very poor. One of the chargers has been broken for years (other reviews from 3 years ago mention the same issue and it’s still not fixed), and the only other charger was blocked by a car that sat plugged in for more than 12 hours without actually charging. This made it impossible for paying guests who genuinely needed to charge their cars. The hotel really needs to maintain its chargers and enforce clear rules (such as charging time limits or monitoring) so EV drivers can actually rely on this amenity. Right now, the charging option is practically unusable” — Joaquin Astelarra, a year ago

“Slowest charging ever experienced on two separate visits” — Doug Hathhorn, 8 months ago

“Charging cable connector damaged - TDC side.” — Hideki, a year ago
