“Horrible charging experience! Charger in Eco mode sind they don't want to pay the demand charges for high power charging over the day. All chargers were limited to 20kW. And the charging dropped out after 15min without reconnecting. Other EVs beside me couldn't charge at all. Please remove the restrictions and charge more money if needed. “Visited a week ago from out of town and needed a charge to get home. Three of the four stations had problems. Two were out of service and the third’s payment terminal was inoperable. Other reviews here have noted similar problems. Because the fourth station was in use, I tried the third but of course couldn’t activate because it couldn’t process payment. I called the support number and the rep remotely activated the station and I received a FREE charge (I guess for the inconvenience). In exchange, they just asked that I text a photo of the payment terminal error and the station ID. So take note of this and if the only available station has a broken payment terminal, CALL THEM!! At least the support call was answered promptly, the rep was understandable and it took only a minute to resolve to my satisfaction. As for Jule stations in general, I LOVE they are tap and go without need for yet another charging app. I don’t love paying by the minute rather than by the kWh because so far I’ve never received the full selected charge rate. My car doesn’t charge much faster than 50, so that’s what I pick. So far after several Jule sessions, the actual rate has typically been 10-15% lower. And once over 80% tapers off anyway, so no point charging longer as it’s just a waste of time and money.” — Ron S, 11 months ago
