“Charged on Tuesday morning, all charging stations were available, but the one furthest to the right was out of service. Called customer service, they'll send a technician! Very convenient!” — Geneviève Ratté, 2 months ago
“We were very happy to be able to stop at this location and recharge quickly on our way there. However, on our return trip, the Electric Circuit app directed us back to this station for charging. When we arrived, all the charging points were completely out of service and switched off. We immediately contacted technical support, but no solution could be found to restore the charging points. No power outages had been reported in the area, and ultimately, we were unable to recharge our vehicle. Since we didn't have enough range to reach the nearest charging points, located about 50 km away, we had to call roadside assistance to be towed. The tow truck driver told us that he had already towed several other motorists since the outage began. This situation caused us considerable inconvenience, including a full day's delay to our trip. I finally received a message from Electric Circuit the following morning at 7:58 a.m., informing me that my report had been forwarded to technical support and that the charging stations would be checked. Considering that we had arrived at the station around 1:00 p.m. the previous day, this response time seemed particularly long for stations so essential to the charging network.” — Carolyne Moreau, 3 months ago
