“There are total 8 charging guns, 4 in International and 4 in domestic… and the interesting part is that all the 8 slots has problems not for or while charging…. The issue is after charging… once you disconnect your car High Voltage (HV) critical error occurs…. I dnt realise it was bcz f the charger initially… contacted the service support, they came cleared it. Second time after charging here it came again… thats when we realised it was bcz f the CIAL charger has issue… the service support team has been getting lots of cars with the same issue after charging in CIAL, some cars had to be towed it seems, car was completely blank… for me Fortunately only the error came but care was working all normal… just this high alert keep popping. I had complained to the charge mode team and they said they have fixed it… but unfortunately the same thing happened to me third time today.
